Zenless Zone Zero casts you as a Proxy navigating dangerous Hollows around New Eridu with squads of up to three Agents. Combat revolves around rapid character switching, dodges and blocks, timed assists, Stun windows, and Chain Attacks, while W-Engines and Drive Discs shape each build. Between battles, commissions and story chapters return to New Eridu's districts and Phaethon's Random Play base as its factions and mysteries unfold.

The native PC requirements below follow the current Steam and HoYoverse specifications. Steam requires 75 GB of available space, while HoYoPlay currently recommends 122 GB of free space before installation because its 61 GB final installation also needs another 61 GB during decompression.
Native macOS remains unsupported. Official macOS access is provided through the Japan-only Zenless Zone Zero Cloud service, which uses separate device requirements because the game is streamed rather than installed as the native client.
