The outfits are tied to limited-time missions rather than appearing as three ordinary shop rotations. Each reward can be claimed once per Proxy during the event period.
You Need Inter-Knot Level 20
Two progression requirements apply before participating in the event:
Reach Inter-Knot Level 20.
Complete Main Story Chapter 1 - Intermission.
Once those requirements are satisfied, the Angels Support Operation event page becomes available during its active period.

The event is structured around three limited-time missions that unlock sequentially during Versions 3.2 and 3.3.

This gives the event a longer progression window than a one-day login giveaway. The complete claim period continues through November 30 at 03:59 server time.
You Can Claim an Outfit Before Owning the Agent
Owning Nangong Yu, Aria or Sunna is not required before claiming the corresponding outfit. An eligible Proxy can obtain the outfit first and view it later through the Agent outfit interface.
This prevents the event reward from being locked behind immediate Agent ownership, although the mission and claim requirements still have to be completed before the deadline.
Unclaimed Outfits Are Not Reissued After the Event
The limited outfits have to be claimed during Angels Support Operation. Rewards left unclaimed when the event period ends are not reissued through the event.
After all available event rewards have been claimed, the Angels Support Operation page closes at 04:00 on the following day according to server time.
Note: Completing a mission is not enough if the outfit reward is left unclaimed. Finish the claim action before November 30 at 03:59 server time.
