Gameplay overview
Combat is turn-based and uses four-character teams. Basic Attacks generate Skill Points, Skills spend them, and Ultimates can be triggered outside the normal turn order when their energy is ready. Team building revolves around Paths, damage types, buffs, debuffs, healing, shields, follow-up attacks, break effects, and other character mechanics. Enemies have elemental weaknesses and a Toughness bar. Hitting a weakness reduces Toughness; breaking it delays or disrupts the enemy and applies an effect based on the damage type, making turn order and team composition central to difficult fights.
Story, setting, or main mode
The player is the Trailblazer, a protagonist implanted with a Stellaron who joins the Astral Express. The crew travels between worlds connected to the influence of the Aeons, encountering local crises, factions, and civilizations while following the Path of the Trailblaze. Major destinations include Herta Space Station, Jarilo-VI, the Xianzhou Luofu, Penacony, and later worlds introduced through continuing updates. Each world combines exploration, story quests, puzzles, combat encounters, and side missions.

System / Device Requirements
HoYoverse’s published baseline covers PC and mobile hardware. The PC minimum uses a Core i3-class processor, 6 GB RAM, and GTX 650-class graphics, while the published recommendation raises the target to a Core i7-class processor, 8 GB RAM, and GTX 1060-class graphics. Mobile support is device-specific. HoYoverse raised the iOS requirement to iOS 13 or later starting with Version 3.8, so older launch-era OS guidance is no longer the current floor.
