Redemption Guide
Pick the method for your platform. Enter each code exactly as shown and confirm the correct account, server, and Trailblazer before submitting.
- Open the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption page.
- Sign in to the HoYoverse account linked to the game.
- Select the correct server and Trailblazer.
- Enter one code and submit it.
- Open the in-game mailbox and claim the reward.
- Open the phone menu.
- Select the three-dot menu beside the Trailblazer portrait.
- Choose Redemption Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect the reward from in-game mail.
- Open the official redemption page in your browser — the in-game button isn't available on iOS.
- Submit the code, then return to the game and collect the reward from your mailbox.
Code Rules & Troubleshooting
Each code works once per account, so trying to redeem it twice just returns an error. Expiry varies a lot: livestream codes handed out during a Special Program usually disappear within a day or two, while standalone promo codes can run for months. If a code in the table above has no listed expiry, don't assume it's permanent. HoYoverse can retire it without warning.
If a code won't redeem, start by re-checking what you typed. Capitalization and spacing trip up more redemptions than anything else. Still stuck? Confirm the code hasn't already been used on that account, and that your server matches what the code requires; a handful of codes are tied to progression milestones too, so check the notes in the active table above before assuming it's simply dead.

Livestream codes tend to carry the largest rewards, since they're released alongside a full version update.
