Frostburn and Starfield Calibrator receive matching Featured Weapon Convenes across the same window. Mortefi, Aalto, and Yuanwu have boosted rates on both Resonator banners, while Waning Redshift, Discord, and Novaburst receive boosted rates on both weapon banners.

Hiyuki and Mornye share the same 4-Star rate-ups
Hiyuki headlines the Thousand Futures Mirrored in Snow Featured Resonator Convene. Mornye is the featured 5-Star on Distant May the Starlights Be. Both banners boost the same three 4-Star Resonators: Mortefi, Aalto, and Yuanwu.
Each Featured Resonator Convene uses Radiant Tide. The banner rules guarantee at least one 4-Star or higher rarity Resonator or Weapon within every 10 attempts. The guarantee count is shared across Featured Resonator Convene events and carries forward until a 5-Star Resonator is obtained.
Hiyuki is available through Thousand Futures Mirrored in Snow during the event, while Mornye is available through Distant May the Starlights Be. Kuro Games states that each featured Resonator will not remain obtainable by other means after the corresponding Convene ends.

The two featured weapon banners use the Absolute Pulsation Featured Weapon Convene format. Frostburn is the featured 5-Star Weapon on one banner, while Starfield Calibrator headlines the other. Both also increase the drop rates for Waning Redshift, Discord, and Novaburst as the featured 4-Star weapon lineup.

Featured Weapon Convenes guarantee at least one 4-Star or higher rarity Resonator or Weapon every 10 attempts. Their guarantee count is shared across Featured Weapon Convene events and carries over until a 5-Star Weapon is obtained. This weapon guarantee pool is described separately from the Featured Resonator Convene guarantee pool.
Frostburn and Starfield Calibrator are limited to their Featured Weapon Convenes during this period and are not available through other means once their banners end.
Three different progression routes can unlock the Convenes
Kuro Games lists three ways to meet the eligibility requirement for these banners. Only one route is required:
Reach Union Level 5.
Complete the combat trial in First Resonance.
Access the Main Quest Fast Track Event and progress the Main Quest to the required point.
The same eligibility conditions apply to the Hiyuki, Mornye, Frostburn, and Starfield Calibrator Convenes. Players who already satisfy one of these routes can use the appropriate Convene currency once the banners are available.
Hiyuki and Mornye Wavebands are also in the Coral Store
During the event, Hiyuki's Waveband and Mornye's Waveband are each added to the Afterglow Coral Store. Each Waveband has a purchase limit of 2, and each is removed when its corresponding Featured Resonator Convene ends on September 29.
The boosted Resonators are also available through Ascendant Aces as Trial Resonators during the event. Completing the relevant trial challenges provides their associated rewards, giving players a way to test the featured Resonators while the Phase II Convenes are active.
