How to Link Wuthering Waves PC or Mobile Progress to PS5

Wuthering Waves can sync the same character between PC, mobile, and PlayStation 5 when your PSN account is linked to the correct Kuro Games account. Before your first PS5 login, confirm that your PSN region corresponds to the server where your existing character was created.

Your PSN region must match the server that holds your character
Wuthering Waves synchronizes progress across PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation 5 only when you use the same Kuro Games account on the same server. On PS5, the available server is determined by the region registered to your PSN account.
Check your existing character's server before linking. For example, a North American PSN account accesses the America Server, while a Hong Kong PSN account accesses the HMT Server. If the PSN region points to a different server, your existing character will not appear even when the account link itself succeeds.
Link your existing Kuro Games account on the first PS5 entry
- Confirm the server containing your current character. Do this on PC or mobile before opening the PS5 version.
- Use a PSN account with the corresponding region. The PSN region needs to map to the same Wuthering Waves server as your character.
- Launch Wuthering Waves on PlayStation 5. Continue until the account choice appears.
- Select
Already have an account? Log in. Follow the prompts to link the Kuro Games account that already contains your progress. - Open
Settings>Account Settings>User Center. Compare the linked User ID with the account you use on PC or mobile. - Enter the matching server and verify your character. Your existing progression should now be available on PS5.
The same Kuro Games account carries your progress between platforms
Once the correct PSN account and Kuro Games account are linked, progress on the same server is shared across the supported platforms. If you start on PS5 and later want to play on PC or mobile, set an email and password in Settings > Account Settings > User Center, then use those Kuro Games credentials on the other device.
Each PSN account and Kuro Games account has a one-to-one link
- One PSN account can link to only one Kuro Games account.
- One Kuro Games account can link to only one PSN account.
- PSN login is used on PS5. PC and mobile do not use the PSN account as their login method.
- You can request a PSN unlink through
Settings>Feedback, but Kuro states that only one PSN account can be unlinked per Kuro Games account.
Note: Before requesting an unlink, bind an email and set a password in User Center so you retain access to the Kuro Games account after the PSN link is removed. If your PC or mobile character does not appear on PS5
Open Settings > Account Settings > User Center on PS5 and compare the User ID with the account used on PC or mobile. If the IDs differ, the wrong Kuro Games account was linked. If the IDs match but the character is missing, check whether the PSN region maps to a different server. Kuro's documented recovery path for a region mismatch is to secure the Kuro Games account with an email, request unlinking through support, create a PSN account in the correct region, then link the Kuro Games account again.
