PUBG Global Series Circuit 3 Sets $500,000 Shanghai Run

The field contains 12 Global Partner Teams and 12 regional qualifiers, producing a 24-team lineup.

KRAFTON splits the $500,000 pool into $100,000 for PGS 7, $100,000 for PGS 8 and $300,000 for PGS 9.

The August 5 PGS 7 Group Stage starts at 05:00 UTC; every later Circuit 3 match day begins at 10:00 UTC.

Second-half series award twice the first-half PGS Points, including 120 points for the PGS 9 champion.

PGS 7 begins with three groups and nine matches before teams move through Winners, Survival and Final stages. The Winners Stage sends eight teams directly to the Final Stage with Advantage Points.

PGS 8 removes the opening group round and seeds all 24 teams from their PGS 7 finishes. Its top 16 start in the Winners Stage, while the bottom eight begin in Survival.

PGS 9 uses the points collected across the first two Shanghai series. The leading eight enter the Grand Finals directly, and the other 16 contest eight remaining places through Survival.

Circuit 3 uses Erangel, Miramar, Taego and Rondo across its progressive three-series schedule.

KRAFTON outlined four 2026 PGS circuits and the second-half points multiplier on March 18.

PUBG Esports published the Shanghai location, 24-team field, $500,000 pool and full PGS 7–9 structure on July 20.

The first Circuit 3 match is scheduled for August 5 at 05:00 UTC, followed by the standard 10:00 UTC daily start.
