How to Link NTE: Neverness to Everness PS5, PC and Mobile Progress

NTE: Neverness to Everness uses a linked PWG Email as the bridge for an existing PC or mobile game account to PlayStation 5. Before you start on PS5, open the account that already contains your character and bind PWG Email through Settings > User Center.

This is also required when the existing account normally uses Google, Facebook, or another third-party login. PlayStation currently accepts only PSN and PWG Email as NTE login methods.

1. Open the existing NTE account on PC or mobile. Make sure this is the account containing the character and progress you want.
2. Go to Settings > User Center. Link a PWG Email account.
3. Launch NTE: Neverness to Everness on PlayStation 5. Use the PSN account you intend to keep connected.
4. Choose PWG Email as the login method. Enter the PWG Email linked to your existing game account.
5. Complete the login. NTE automatically links the current PSN account to that game account after a successful PWG Email login.
6. Verify the existing character appears. Your PC or mobile progress should now be available through the connected PSN account on PS5.

If your character was created on PS5 first

Open Settings > User Center on PlayStation and link PWG Email to the PSN-created game account. After that, use the linked PWG Email to sign in on PC or mobile and access the same game account.

Once the accounts are linked correctly, NTE states that purchased items from PC, mobile, or PlayStation remain available across the connected platforms. The same linked game account also carries the character progression used by those devices.

• Once PWG Email is linked to an NTE game account, it cannot be changed or unlinked.
• Each PSN account can be unlinked only once.
• PWG Email must be linked to the game account before a PSN unlink can be completed.
• After PSN is unlinked, that PSN account no longer accesses the game account, but the game account remains available through its linked PWG Email.

Do not create a second account if the goal is to continue existing progress. Return to the original PC or mobile game account and verify that PWG Email is linked in Settings > User Center. On PS5, make sure you chose PWG Email rather than starting a new account through PSN. If a PSN-created account was already made, secure the intended game account with PWG Email and use NTE support before using the one-time PSN unlink option.
