How to redeem the codes
NTE codes are redeemed through the phone menu after completing the prologue. Open additional options beside the avatar, choose Redeem Code, and claim successful rewards from the mailbox.
PC and supported controllers
- Complete the prologue until the phone menu and mailbox are unlocked.
- Press Escape to open the phone menu.
- Select the three-dot additional-options button beside the avatar.
- Choose Redeem Code, enter one code, and confirm.
- Open the in-game mailbox and claim the reward.
Mobile
- Complete the prologue and unlock the phone menu.
- Open the menu and select the additional-options button.
- Choose Redeem Code and enter the code exactly as shown.
- Collect the items from the in-game mailbox.
Code status and verification
Five supported codes are active. None has an announced expiry date, so each may close after its promotion or claim quota ends.
Rewards and claiming
Successful rewards arrive through the in-game mailbox. Claim Annulith, Fons, Beetle Coins, dyes, guides, food items, and cosmetic rewards before the mail expires.

Why a code may not work
A code can fail because it expired, it was already used on the account, the phone menu or mailbox is not unlocked, or the code was entered with incorrect capitalization.
Complete the prologue, preserve the exact code casing, submit it through Redeem Code, and check the mailbox after confirmation.
Where new codes are announced
Hotta Studio announces new codes through official version broadcasts, social posts, character campaigns, community events, and livestreams. Broadcast codes normally have the shortest redemption windows.
