Umamusume: Pretty Derby is a sports life simulation in which you become a trainer at Tracen Academy and help racehorse-inspired characters pursue their ambitions on the track. Each Career run asks you to choose training activities, manage stats and skills, build relationships, and enter races that test how well the trainee has developed. Support Cards influence training and character events, while Scouts are the chance-based system used to obtain trainees and additional Support Cards. Gameplay and setting
You play as a trainer at Tracen Academy, raising an Umamusume whose goals are tied to racing careers inspired by real racehorses.
