PRAGMATA
PRAGMATA is a single-player sci-fi action-adventure set in a near-future lunar research facility controlled by a rogue AI. Players control two protagonists at the same time: investigator Hugh Williams handles movement, gunfire, jumping, and suit thrusters, while the android Diana hacks enemy defenses and the station itself. Combat revolves around solving quick hacking puzzles in real time to expose armored machines, then exploiting their weak points with Hugh's weapons. Between battles, the pair explore damaged facilities and artificial environments on the Moon, unlock new routes, collect resources, upgrade their abilities and equipment at the Shelter, and search for a way back to Earth.

Platforms and availability
PRAGMATA is available on PC through Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. It is a single-player game rather than a cooperative or competitive multiplayer title. The PlayStation 5 version supports offline play, while the Xbox version is optimized for Xbox Series X/S. Nintendo Switch 2 supports TV, tabletop, and handheld play.
Gameplay and setting
PRAGMATA follows Hugh Williams, a member of an investigation team sent to a remote lunar research facility after communications are lost. A lunar quake separates Hugh from his team and leaves him badly injured, after which he is rescued by Diana, an android created from a highly versatile material called Lunafilament. The facility is controlled by a rogue artificial intelligence called IDUS, and Hugh and Diana must work together to escape the Moon and return to Earth.
The central mechanic combines real-time shooting with hacking puzzles. Hugh can move, jump, use suit thrusters, and fire different weapons while Diana simultaneously hacks enemies. Locking onto a robot opens a grid-based hacking panel where the player traces a route through nodes. A successful hack compromises the enemy's armor and exposes weak points, creating a window for Hugh to deal substantially more damage. Special Hacking Nodes can change the result, including Decode for reducing defenses and Multi-Hack for spreading an effect across nearby targets.
Combat becomes a resource and positioning problem as well as a shooting challenge. Hugh's Primary Unit remains available, while other weapon categories can provide stronger or more specialized effects but must be managed carefully. Capcom has also demonstrated tools such as the Charge Piercer for powerful penetrating shots and the Decoy Generator for drawing enemy attention. Hugh's thrusters support quick movement and hovering, while Diana can also hack station systems to unlock doors and create routes during exploration.
The Shelter acts as a base between excursions. Players can recover, modify their loadout, upgrade Hugh's suit and weapons, strengthen Diana's hacking, and spend collected Lunafilament to permanently unlock equipment and Hacking Nodes. As the Shelter develops, additional systems include fast travel through the Tram, combat challenges in the Simulation Pod, the Cabin Stamp Club and its rewards, a Data Library for hidden story material, and information about encountered machines in the Bot Database.
