DIGIMON UP
DIGIMON UP is Bandai Namco's new free-to-play, monster-raising RPG for mobile, built around the concept “A Digimon journey that moves with your life.” Bandai Namco's official site confirms the game's release date as July 15, 2026 (Wednesday, Japan Standard Time), and the game is now live on the App Store and Google Play. Coverage from the day of launch notes that some regions are on a separate, later rollout dated July 28, 2026, which matches what the current US App Store listing still shows for that storefront. Players create a Tamer avatar, hatch a Digi-Egg into one of 15 Rookie-level Partner Digimon, and raise it toward Mega Digivolution through feeding, training, and turn-based battles, alongside recruitable Support Digimon and Digimon Card and Digivice tie-ins. The game is mobile-only: it has not been released for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo platforms.

Gameplay overview
At the start of the game, players customize a Tamer avatar and hatch a Digi-Egg into one of 15 confirmed Rookie-level Partner Digimon, including series favorites such as Agumon, Veemon, and Guilmon.
Core play loops around feeding and training the partner to raise its stats, then Digivolving it through successive stages up to Mega Digivolution. Players can also recruit Support Digimon that fight alongside the main partner, and the game references equippable skill cards along with tie-ins to physical Digivices and the Digimon Trading Card Game.

DIGIMON UP is developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., under license from Akiyoshi Hongo and Toei Animation, the rights holders behind the Digimon franchise.

System / Device Requirements
The official App Store listing states DIGIMON UP requires iOS 15.0 or later on iPhone and iPod touch, and iPadOS 15.0 or later on iPad, with an app size of 219.5 MB.
