Code Rules & Troubleshooting

Each promotion code can be claimed once on an eligible linked game account. DIGIMON UP codes can be distributed through campaigns and events with different availability periods, and UPSTART394649 currently has no published expiry date. If a code has no listed expiry, don't assume it is permanent. Bandai Namco can close a promotion without making it a permanent reward.
