ARC Raiders
ARC Raiders is a premium PvPvE extraction shooter developed and published by Embark Studios. Playing as a Raider, players venture Topside from the underground settlement of Speranza to scavenge a machine-ruled, post-apocalyptic Earth, alone or in squads of up to three. Progression centers on extracting looted gear and resources before dying or losing them, then using that haul to craft, upgrade, and trade for stronger equipment back in Speranza. Its defining gameplay centers on PvPvE tension, where scavenging against relentless ARC machines is constantly complicated by the threat of rival human Raiders fighting over the same loot.

Gameplay and setting
Runs follow an extraction loop: Raiders drop into a map from the underground settlement of Speranza, scavenge loot and crafting materials while avoiding or fighting ARC machines and rival human Raiders, then must reach an extraction point to keep what they found. Combat uses firearms ranging from SMGs and shotguns to railguns and energy weapons, alongside gadgets like ziplines, traps, and deployables. A three-branch skill tree covering Survival, Mobility, and Conditioning lets players shape their build, while a Workshop back in Speranza is used to craft, repair, and upgrade gear between raids.
The setting is a future Earth devastated by ARC, a mysterious mechanized threat that forced humanity underground into settlements like Toledo. Speranza, one of Toledo's oldest neighborhoods, serves as the player's home base, where Traders offer quests and trade loot for gear, crafting materials, and experience.
