ANANTA
ANANTA is a free-to-play urban open-world RPG developed by Naked Rain and published by NetEase Games. Players take on the role of the Captain, a newly appointed Agent of the Anti-Chaos Directorate (A.C.D.) sent to police the ever-shifting streets of Nova City. Their goal is to investigate outbreaks of Chaos, the paranormal disturbances woven into the city's daily life, working alongside fellow Agents such as Taffy and Richie. The game's strongest hook is its combat, which turns ordinary street objects, vehicles, and enemy weapons into tools for fast, cinematic showdowns.

Platforms and availability
ANANTA is confirmed for PC, PlayStation 5, iOS / iPadOS, and Android. Neither Xbox nor Nintendo Switch has been announced, although the platform list on the official site ends with "and more," leaving room for further platforms later. Cross-platform play between these systems has not been officially confirmed.
Gameplay and setting
ANANTA is built around free-roaming exploration of Nova City using an "ultra-free" 3C traversal system, letting players climb, swing, and use vehicles such as cars, taxis, subways, buses, and helicopters to reach almost anywhere on foot or in the air. Combat leans on environmental interaction: players can pick up street props, disarm enemies, and switch weapons mid-fight, backed by dodging and blocking mechanics. Outside of missions, players can switch between different roles around the city, such as acting as a police officer, hacker, delivery worker, or livestreamer, each tied to a different member of the player's crew. Chaos incidents, paranormal disruptions that intrude on everyday city life, form the game's core threat, and the player's Captain works alongside fellow Agents such as Taffy and Richie to contain them. Unlike many free-to-play RPGs, ANANTA does not use a character gacha; every playable character is unlocked through story progress, with monetization limited to cosmetic items like outfits, vehicle skins, and housing decor.
Trailer, screenshots, and media
The selected trailer and screenshots show Nova City's street-level detail, the game's improvisational combat, vehicle traversal, and the range of roles players can take on around the city.
