Character Customization Becomes Free on September 28
Once Human is removing the item cost from several of its main appearance customization options. Starting with the September 28 version update, players will be able to reshape their character's facial features and body shape and change their color palette hair dye without consuming special items.

The development team said the current system creates too many steps for simple appearance changes and makes repeated experimentation expensive because every attempt can consume another item.
