NIKKE PROJECT MATIS Adds Laplace and Maxwell SSRs

Update overview
Laplace: Ultimate Hero is the first powered-up Matis variant released with the update. Her recruitment remains available through August 12, while the Prototype Hero costume is distributed through the PROTOTYPE PASS during the same window.
Maxwell: Ordinary Mechanic begins recruitment on July 30 and remains available through August 20. Her Chief Researcher costume is tied to the August Mission Pass, which runs from August 1 through August 31.
Dorothy’s Nostalgia costume also returns through Costume Gacha until August 12. These cosmetic releases sit alongside the story update rather than replacing its free event and login rewards.
