Brookhaven RP gives private server owners extra controls for players, props, time, weather, lighting, announcements and other server-wide settings. PC users also gain Freecam, which can be toggled with Shift+P while playing in a private server.

You need your own Brookhaven RP private server
Brookhaven RP's extra server management tools are private server features. You should enter a private server that you own before trying to change server-wide settings.
If you do not already have one, open the official Brookhaven RP Roblox page and go to the Servers section.

Open the Brookhaven private server controls
After joining as the private server owner, look in the lower-left area of the Brookhaven interface beside the normal settings controls. Use the private server control button to open the server-wide management panel.
These controls are separate from the normal Roblox server configuration page. The Roblox page controls who can enter the server, while the Brookhaven panel changes what happens inside the active Brookhaven session.
Change the time, weather and lighting
The current official Brookhaven RP description lists several environment controls for private servers.
- Set Day of the Week: choose the day used by the server.
- Set Time by the Hour: move the server clock to the time you want.
- Change Weather and Lighting: change the environment for everyone in the server.
- Speed up Time: change how quickly time progresses.
- Server Theme Controls: apply the available server-wide theme settings.
These changes affect the private server session rather than only changing the view for one player.
Give players admin access or remove them
Private server owners also receive player moderation controls.
Adminlets the owner give another player access to private server administration features.Kickremoves a player from the current server.Temp Bantemporarily prevents a player from returning to that private server.
Note: Brookhaven's temporary ban is a private server moderation action. It is not the same as a Roblox platform account ban.
Control and save props across the server
Brookhaven RP private servers include additional prop management tools. The official game description currently lists:
- Prop Saving
- Remove or Lock Props
- Check Prop Owners
- Increased Prop Limit
Use these controls when several players are building together and you need to identify who placed an object, prevent further changes, clean up unwanted props or preserve the server layout.
Private servers also remove the normal wait time for changing houses and allow up to three vehicles to be spawned, in addition to the other private server benefits listed by Brookhaven.
Use server-wide announcements and music
Brookhaven's current private server feature list includes Server-Wide Announcements and Server-Wide Music.
Use announcements when you need to send one message to everyone in the private server, such as the start of a roleplay session or a change of location. Server-wide music applies audio for the shared session rather than only one player's immediate area.
Press Shift+P to use Freecam on PC
Brookhaven RP officially lists Freecam as a private server benefit for PC users.
Shift+P.Shift+P again when you want to leave Freecam.Freecam is useful for recording roleplay scenes, viewing builds, checking large prop layouts and positioning the camera without moving your character.

Brookhaven's in-game controls manage the active session, but access to the private server itself is configured through Roblox.

If the private server controls do not appear
- Confirm that you joined a private server rather than a public Brookhaven server.
- Confirm that your Roblox account owns the private server if you expect owner-level controls.
- If you were supposed to receive admin permissions, ask the server owner to grant them again from the player management controls.
- If
Shift+Pdoes not activate Freecam, confirm that you are playing on PC and inside a private server.
