Split Fiction

Split Fiction launched March 6, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and reached Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5, 2025. It is built specifically for two-player co-op, with Friend's Pass, crossplay and Switch 2 features including GameShare and GameChat. Latest update

The Nintendo Switch 2 version adds GameShare and GameChat on top of the same co-op adventure. GameShare lets a Switch 2 owner invite another player over local wireless using one copy; the second player can be on Switch 2 or the original Nintendo Switch. Friend's Pass remains available for online co-op and supports crossplay across the current platform set. If neither player owns the game, both can use Friend's Pass to play the opening stages for free and continue the same progress if one later buys the full game.
