RyzaChat
RyzaChat is a free-to-play AI chat RPG developed and published by SpiralAI. Players talk with Ryza to explore Kurken Island, gather materials, synthesize items, battle enemies, trade, and build through free-form conversation. Progression follows conversation-driven quests supported by a world map, inventory, stamina, Cole, and more than 30 characters from the Atelier Ryza trilogy. Its defining gameplay uses SpiralLLM to turn natural dialogue into story actions instead of relying on conventional command menus or fixed dialogue choices.

Latest update
On August 25, 2026, SpiralAI launched RyzaChat in Japan on iOS and Android. The Japanese service supports Japanese, English, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, Hindi, and Traditional Chinese, while SpiralAI says the six-language global version is still in development and coming soon.
Release date and status
RyzaChat is now live in Japan as of August 25, 2026, but the Global version remains Upcoming. SpiralAI has not announced an exact Global release date and currently describes the broader launch as coming soon.

Platforms and availability
RyzaChat supports iOS / iPadOS and Android smartphones and tablets. The current Japan release is available through the App Store and Google Play, while broader regional availability is waiting on the Global rollout.
Gameplay and setting
RyzaChat uses free-form conversation instead of conventional command menus to drive an RPG set in the world of the Atelier Ryza games. Players can ask Ryza to explore, gather materials, synthesize items through alchemy, battle enemies, trade, build, or pursue other activities, with the resulting actions reflected in the game state.
RPG Mode advances generated quests and world progression, while Chat Mode is designed for open conversation without moving the main objective forward. Inventory items, stamina, Cole, and the world map are tied into conversations, and more than 30 familiar characters from the Atelier Ryza trilogy can appear alongside Ryza.

Developer and publisher
SpiralAI develops and publishes RyzaChat under an official license from KOEI TECMO GAMES, with the Gust brand supervising the world, characters, and setting. Toridamono supervises the hand-created visual assets, dedicated recordings by Yuri Noguchi form the basis of Ryza's synthetic voice, and SpiralAI's SpiralLLM powers the text conversation system.

Download and availability
RyzaChat can currently be downloaded in Japan from the App Store and Google Play. The app includes in-app purchases, subscription plans, conversation tokens, skins, and other paid digital content, while the Global version remains upcoming.

Apple lists RyzaChat for iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.0 or later and iPadOS 15.0 or later.
RyzaChat supports Android devices distributed as compatible through Google Play, but detailed Android OS, chipset, RAM, and storage requirements are not available yet.
