Pokémon TCG Pocket
Pokémon TCG Pocket is Creatures Inc. and DeNA's free-to-start mobile card game — players open digital booster packs, build twenty-card decks, trade or share cards and compete in quick battles. It has been out on iPhone, iPad and Android since October 30, 2024, with Ruler of the Skies launching July 29, 2026.

The Pokémon Company International announced Ruler of the Skies on July 23, 2026. The expansion launches July 29 at 6:00 p.m. PDT with Mega Rayquaza ex, deck sharing through 2D pattern codes, expanded Card Dex registration, a conditional four-diamond-or-higher pack guarantee and a new summer event schedule; Pulsing Aura remains the live expansion until launch.

The released version is available through Apple's App Store for iPhone and iPad and through Google Play for supported Android phones and tablets. The Pokémon Company also operates an official web store for eligible in-game purchases, but no native PC or console version is announced.
Gameplay overview
Players open two booster packs each day at no cost, collect digital cards, build streamlined twenty-card decks and compete in quick battles. Casual, ranked, solo and event matches sit alongside Wonder Pick, trading, card sharing, binders, display boards, flair and immersive cards.
Story, setting, or main mode
Pokémon TCG Pocket has no story campaign. Its main progression comes from completing card dexes, opening themed booster expansions, building decks, finishing missions and events, trading or sharing eligible cards, and improving battle ranks.
