CookieRun: Kingdom is a free-to-play social RPG developed and published globally by Devsisters. Players follow GingerBrave and a large cast of Cookies while rebuilding a kingdom and exploring the wider world of Earthbread. Combat combines automatic team battles with manually timed Cookie Skills, formation strategy, Treasures, Toppings, Beascuits, Magic Candies, Crystal Jams, and other progression systems. Outside battle, players construct buildings, produce resources, develop their Cookie collection, join guilds, and participate in story, PvE, PvP, and seasonal activities.

Latest update
Version 7.8.101 is the current CookieRun: Kingdom App Store client as of September 9, 2026. It follows Version 7.8.001 and contains bug fixes and other improvements while supporting the continuing Time Breakers: Fatal Fixers content cycle.
The September 9 mid-update is now live following scheduled maintenance. It adds Timeline of Fate Episode 10: The Missing Piece, continuing the mission of Time Shadow Cookie, Pulpo Cookie, Ovenhead Cookie, and SCOOP after the events of Unofficial Futures. The mission moves into Golden Cheese Cookie's domain as the Time Breakers storyline continues through the fractured timeline.
The update also adds Fire Spirit Cookie's Trial of Glory and returns Arcade Arena. These additions expand the Version 7.8 cycle without introducing another new playable Cookie, so Time Shadow Cookie and Pulpo Cookie remain the newest Cookies introduced by the main Time Breakers: Fatal Fixers update.
Version 7.8 originally introduced Time Shadow Cookie, Pulpo Cookie, Fire Spirit Cookie's Orb of Eternal Flame Crystal Jam, Silent Salt Cookie's Revenant of Faded Memories Legendary Costume, Shadowplay Resonant Toppings, and major revisions to Cookie Alliance, Town Square, Mines, Call of Destiny, and Hall of Ancient Heroes.
Release date and status
CookieRun: Kingdom is Released. The global service launched on January 21, 2021 and remains an actively supported live-service RPG, with Devsisters continuing to add story chapters, Cookies, progression systems, kingdom features, competitive modes, raids, events, costumes, and collection systems.
A separate mainland China edition, 冲呀！饼干人：王国, launched on December 28, 2023. That regional service is operated through Tencent and follows a separate content and version schedule from the global release.

Platforms and availability
The global CookieRun: Kingdom service supports PC, Android, iOS / iPadOS, and compatible Apple silicon Macs. Android players use Google Play, while Windows players can access the game through Google Play Games on PC.
iPhone and iPad players use Apple's App Store. Apple also lists compatibility with Macs running macOS 12.0 or later on Apple M1 hardware or newer, although the store identifies the application as an iPad-designed build rather than a separate native macOS version.
Mainland China has its own Tencent-operated mobile release with separate App Store and Android distribution. Its updates should not be treated as the same live content schedule as the global Devsisters service.
Gameplay and setting
CookieRun: Kingdom combines team-based RPG combat with kingdom construction, resource production, character collection, and long-term account progression. Players recruit Cookies and form teams around Cookie classes, positions, Skills, elemental interactions, Treasures, Toppings, Beascuits, Magic Candies, Crystal Jams, promotion, Ascension, Awakening, and other upgrades.
Most battles proceed automatically after a team is deployed, while Cookie Skills can be activated manually to control their timing. Team formation, cooldown management, healing, buffs, debuffs, damage types, survivability, and interactions between Cookie Skills remain central to difficult PvE and competitive encounters.
World Exploration spans major story regions including Crispia, Beast-Yeast, and Timeline of Fate. Timeline of Fate currently extends through Episode 10: The Missing Piece and follows the consequences of fractured timelines involving Timekeeper Cookie, SCOOP, the Ultimate Oven, Tartrus of Oblivion, and the Time Breakers storyline.
Long-running battle content includes Kingdom Arena, Guild Battle, Cookie Alliance, Arcade Arena, Super Mayhem, Trial Grounds, Trial of Glory, Trials of the Nether Realm, Duel of Destiny, raids, Tropical Soda Islands, and other recurring or rotating activities. Individual modes can change team-building rules and determine which progression bonuses or combat systems apply.
Account growth extends beyond combat through kingdom construction and decoration, production buildings, landmarks, the Sugar Gnome Laboratory, guilds, Kingdom Affairs, Cookie Bonds, Star Collection and Star Abilities, Hall of Ancient Heroes, CookieChat, Town Square, and other collection and progression systems.

The selected official CookieRun: Kingdom trailer provides an evergreen introduction to the game's Cookies, Earthbread adventure, battles, and kingdom-building systems instead of tying the profile trailer to one seasonal update. The seven-image gallery preserves high-resolution material covering battle activities, Trials of the Nether Realm, Star Collection, Kingdom Affairs, equipment progression, and cosmetic systems.
Developer and publisher
Devsisters develops and publishes the global version of CookieRun: Kingdom. Development is handled within Devsisters by Studio Kingdom, the internal team responsible for the game's continuing world, characters, story, and live content.
The separate mainland China edition is licensed from Devsisters and published and operated through Tencent Games and its regional entities. This service has its own storefronts, version numbering, localization, events, and release schedule.

Download and availability
Global Android players can download CookieRun: Kingdom from Google Play. Windows PC players can use Google Play Games on PC, which provides keyboard and mouse support, synchronized progress, and the Google Play environment on supported Windows systems.
iPhone and iPad users can download the global service through Apple's App Store. Compatible Apple silicon Macs can also install the App Store application, but this remains the iPad-designed version rather than a separately developed native Mac client.
Mainland China players use the Tencent-operated regional edition through supported Chinese mobile storefronts including the mainland China App Store and its official TapTap listing.

The Windows version runs through Google Play Games on PC and therefore follows Google's current PC requirements.
