COSM-GAME Aether Gazer
Aether Gazer is a free-to-play 3D action RPG set inside Gaea, a digital world where humanity transferred its consciousness after Earth became increasingly uninhabitable. You play an Administrator who leads special fighters called Modifiers against Visbanes, hostile computer viruses that threaten Gaea and its inhabitants. Combat uses fast real-time action with dodging, character skills, AI-controlled squad members, and special attacks that can link compatible Modifiers together. Progression develops each Modifier through weapons called Access Keys, Functors, Sigils, Aether Codes, skills, and team combinations while the story explores Gaea's different regions and factions.

Latest update
Version 4.8 "Journey to the North" went live on September 1, 2026. It adds the S-Grade Modifier Huaiyang - Xihe, the Journey to the North main story, new Oath Stories for Verthandi and Izanami, and the new Modifier Oath System. The update also adds the Otherworlder - Sanzhui Functor, the Xihe and Jinwu Ultimate Skillchain Divine Decimation, Dawn on the Astral Path Sigil, new Flaneuring content, and a new group of version events.
Release date and status
Aether Gazer launched globally on May 23, 2023 for Android and iOS, with the Global service opening at 09:00 UTC-7. The official PC client followed on October 29, 2024. The Global service remains released and active.
Version 5.2 is scheduled for December 1, 2026 and is planned to be the final new Global version update. This does not mean the game is scheduled to shut down on that date. A Companion Server is planned to preserve access afterward, with service currently planned through September 2031 and a reassessment around March 2031.

Platforms and availability
Aether Gazer is available on PC, Android, and iOS / iPadOS. The PC edition uses the official Aether Gazer client, Android distribution is available through Google Play, and Apple mobile devices use the App Store. Separate official services and websites also exist for the Japanese, Korean, and mainland Chinese releases.
Gameplay and setting
Humanity survives inside Gaea after constant war leaves Earth uninhabitable and human consciousness is uploaded into the orbital AI. Gaea divides civilization across ten sephirah zones working toward the ideal civilization known as Idealbild, while hostile computer viruses called Visbanes threaten humanity from the Source Layer.
Players take the role of an Administrator and assemble squads of Modifiers for fast real-time battles. Combat revolves around each Modifier's skill set, power-ups, evasive movement, squad composition, and chained attacks, while longer-term progression develops characters through systems including Functors, Sigils, Aether Codes, Access Keys, and Ultimate Skillchains.

Developer and publisher
Aether Gazer is developed by Xiamen YongShi Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Mimir Studio. The current Global publisher and operator is HONG KONG YONGSHI NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. The earlier cooperation agreement with Yostar (Hong Kong) Limited has expired, and the Global account infrastructure now uses YOUNGS Account services.

Download and availability
PC players can download the official Aether Gazer client from the game's website. Android players can install the Global version through Google Play, while iPhone and iPad users can obtain it through the App Store. Regional official services provide the corresponding Japanese, Korean, and mainland Chinese versions.
