Code Rules & Troubleshooting
The leading # is part of most current Illusion Connect: Re code strings, so do not remove it when copying a code. Extra spaces, an already-used code, or a passed redemption deadline can also produce an invalid-code result.
Current codes do not all share the same expiry. #SMART777, #FAST2026, and #GOOD9999 have specific September deadlines, while several launch codes have no verified public expiry date. Redeem limited codes before their individual deadlines instead of assuming they last for an entire update.
