How to redeem codes
The browser method works through HoYoverse’s official Honkai: Star Rail redemption page: sign in, select the server and character, enter one code, and submit it. Successful rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox. On platforms with the in-game option, open the phone menu, select the three-dot menu beside the Trailblazer portrait, choose Redemption Code, enter the string, then collect the mail. HoYoverse says iOS users must use the website because the in-game redemption button is unavailable there.
