COSM-GAME Star Sailors
Star Sailors is a collectible turn-based RPG set in a fantasy world shattered by a magical catastrophe. You play an Adventurer guided by a legendary Star Compass, recruiting Partners and travelling across divided lands to recover the Heirlooms needed to rebuild the Human Kingdom. Battles use five-character teams, elemental advantages, linked skills, and a system that lets you break enemy defenses before unleashing a powerful team attack. Between battles, players develop characters, equipment, summons, and other progression systems while completing story chapters, raids, competitive modes, guild activities, and repeatable challenges.

Latest update
Version 1.2.17, released on August 27, 2026, remains the current Star Sailors client version as of September 8. The Version 1.2 update introduces the game's collaboration with The Extra's Academy Survival Guide, adding the 3-Star Partner Lucy, her SSR Memory Piece Reason to Live, a Yennekar-themed Nadia costume, a Special Story, and a collaboration check-in event. The same update permanently adds Artifacts as a new equipment system and introduces Rift: Gap of the Past & Ruins as an acquisition route for them.
Release date and status
Star Sailors entered soft launch in the United States and Indonesia on February 25, 2026 at 13:00 UTC+9. The game launched globally, including South Korea, on June 30, 2026 for Android and iOS / iPadOS. The service has since expanded to Windows through the official Com2uS Crossplay Launcher and Google Play Games on PC, while Apple-silicon Macs can run the App Store application. No separate official release date has been established for the later Windows access routes, so they are not given invented release rows.

Platforms and availability
Star Sailors is available on PC, Android, iOS / iPadOS, and compatible Apple-silicon Macs. Windows players can install the game through Com2uS Holdings' official Crossplay Launcher or use the Android release through Google Play Games on PC. Android players use Google Play, while iPhone and iPad players use the App Store. Apple also lists the application as compatible with Macs running macOS 12.0 or later on an Apple M1 chip or newer, although the App Store notes that the iPad application is not verified for macOS.
Gameplay and setting
Star Sailors uses five-character turn-based parties built around elemental advantages, character roles, linked skills, summons, and equipment. Attacks can reduce an enemy's defenses through Break, while building toward Burst Chance allows the party to combine accumulated effects into a powerful finishing sequence. The Sweep system reduces repeated stage grinding, while the Link system helps newly recruited Partners reach useful progression more quickly.
The story begins after a Magic Explosion fractures the world and leaves the Human Kingdom in ruins. Guided by the Star Compass, the Adventurer travels with recruited Partners to recover legendary Heirlooms and help rebuild the kingdom. Long-term activities include story progression, Alliance Raids, Descent Raids, Arena battles, guild activities, Dispatch missions, dungeons, equipment development, and recurring live-service challenges.

The selected official trailer introduces the fractured fantasy world, Partner cast, Star Compass, and turn-based battles. The rebuilt seven-image gallery uses high-resolution official-site media to show boss encounters, recruitment, character progression, team combat, animated attacks, story scenes, and the game's fantasy voyage.

Star Sailors is developed by Panana Studio and published globally by Com2uS Holdings Corporation. Com2uS Holdings operates the global service, storefront distribution, official Crossplay Launcher, community channels, and HIVE-connected service infrastructure. Artist and art director Coax contributes to the game's distinctive fairytale-inspired character and visual design.

Download and availability
Windows players can install Star Sailors through the Crossplay Launcher on the official website or run the Android release through Google Play Games on PC. Android players download the game from Google Play, while iPhone and iPad players use the App Store. Compatible Apple M1 or later Macs can install the App Store application where available. The game is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases.

Star Sailors has separate requirements depending on how it is played.
