Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a fast-paced 5v5 multiplayer online battle arena game where two teams choose distinct heroes and compete to destroy the opposing base. Matches use three lanes connected by jungle areas, with players pushing defensive turrets, defeating major neutral monsters such as the Turtle and Lord, and grouping for team fights. Heroes fill roles such as Tank, Fighter, Assassin, Mage, Marksman, and Support, while equipment and Battle Spells let players adapt their build during a match. Ranked play, casual modes, rotating activities, and a long-running esports scene provide progression and competition beyond individual battles.

Latest update
Patch 2.1.95a is the current live Original Server update for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Released on August 25, 2026 server time, it buffs Hayabusa and Obsidia, reduces Atlas's Skill 2 movement speed and increases its cooldown, and adjusts Hanzo so his sustain scales more strongly with Physical Attack instead of durability-focused builds. Newer 2.2.x builds are being tested on the Advance Server and are not the current live Global patch.

Gameplay and setting
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang centers on real-time 5v5 MOBA matches played across three lanes, jungle areas, defensive turrets, major neutral bosses, and opposing bases. Players select heroes with roles such as Tank, Fighter, Assassin, Mage, Marksman, and Support, then combine hero abilities with equipment, Battle Spells, positioning, laning, jungling, roaming, and coordinated team fights. Turtle and Lord objectives create additional team-wide advantages and pressure, while Ranked play adds progression through competitive tiers. Classic, Brawl, Arcade activities, custom matches, practice options, and rotating modes extend play beyond the main ranked format. Its wider setting connects the hero roster through the Land of Dawn and regions including the Moniyan Empire, Northern Vale, Cadia Riverlands, Agelta Drylands, the Abyss, and Eruditio.
