Enter each code exactly as shown and confirm the correct account, server, and character before submitting.

- Open HoYoverse's Zenless Zone Zero redemption page.
- Sign in to the correct HoYoverse account.
- Select the server and character.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect the reward from in-game mail.
PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox, Android, and iOS — in game
- Complete the Business x Strangeness x Justness tutorial and reach Inter-Knot Level 5.
- Open the main menu and choose More.
- Select Redemption Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Open the mailbox to collect the reward.
Region limits and expiry
Each code works once per account. CBW0884678 and ZZZSUSHIRO are limited to the Asia server. ZZZSUSHIRO is scheduled to end July 28, ZZZSTEAM ends July 29 at 04:00 UTC+8, and ROSCAELIFER0617 ends July 29 at 23:59 UTC+8. The other active codes have no announced deadline.

Why a code may not work
A code can fail because its redemption window ended, its quota was filled, it is restricted to another server, it was already used on the account, the progression requirement is unmet, or the code was entered incorrectly.
Check capitalization and spacing first. Then confirm the server, account, deadline, and Inter-Knot Level requirement before treating the code as inactive.
Where new codes are announced
HoYoverse releases new codes through Zenless Zone Zero Special Programs, official social channels, campaign posts, and the redemption page. Special Program codes usually carry the largest rewards and the shortest deadlines.
