4 platformsVALORANT cosmetic reward codes are attached to the Riot account used during redemption. Confirm the correct Riot account before submitting a code, especially if you use the same account across PC and console.

If a promotional code fails, first confirm that you are signed in to the correct Riot account and that the string matches the published code. Do not remove or alter characters from a public cosmetic code unless Riot's specific promotion instructs you to do so.
A code can also fail because its redemption window ended or the reward was already claimed on the account. The three Pride Month 2026 codes are expired and should not be treated as current September codes.
If redemption succeeds but the cosmetic does not immediately appear, restart VALORANT and check the correct collection category. Player Cards, Sprays, Titles, and Gun Buddies appear in different parts of the Collection interface.
Crosshair profile strings are unrelated to reward redemption. Import those through VALORANT's crosshair settings rather than the Riot code redemption page.
