Code Rules & Troubleshooting
Each Destiny: Rising code can be redeemed once per eligible account, and some launch promotions also close when a shared activation cap is reached. Expiry varies by campaign, so a code with no published end date is not automatically permanent. NetEase can retire a promotion without advance notice.
If a code won't redeem, start by checking for an extra space or mistyped character. Next, confirm you are in gameplay rather than the main menu, make sure the code has not already been claimed on your account, and watch for the "Serial number activation limit reached" message, which means the shared claim cap has already been exhausted.

New codes are distributed through Destiny: Rising's official X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, in-game campaigns, seasonal events, and creator promotions. The official X account and Discord are the main channels to watch when a new seasonal reward, celebration, or community gift goes live.
