Each Coupon Code can normally be used once per eligible account. Copy the MID and coupon string carefully, and make sure the coupon is still within its redemption period before submitting it.
Coupon rewards are delivered through the in-game mailbox. The mailbox becomes available after completing the Clear Stage 2-1 quest, so a newer account must reach that point before mailed rewards can be collected. If an accepted reward is missing, fully restart CookieRun: Crumble and check the mailbox again.
