If Exchange Code is not available yet, continue the opening progression until the full Protocol Synchronizer settings and Mail features are available. If a code fails after that, check the exact characters, the promotion's validity window, and any platform or server conditions attached to that code before retrying.
Successful exchange-code rewards are delivered through Mail. Claim the reward promptly and follow any expiry shown on the delivered message rather than leaving it unclaimed.
